Administrative Plan Comment Period and Meeting Information

Spartanburg Housing announces a 45-day comment period to begin September 17, 2025, through November 1, 2025, to solicit remarks/questions concerning proposed changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan. A copy of each document at the following website under the About Us Tab: www.spartanburghousing.org

Hard copy versions may be reviewed at the following sites: 

• 170 Arch Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303 between the hours of 8:30am-4pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am - 11am on Friday
• Spartanburg Housing properties

The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm in the Conference Room at 170 Arch Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303 and will also be available through Zoom:
