Landlord HCV Property Listing

Proof of ownership is required to add property to the program listing. We accept the first page of the deed or closing documents, a recent tax statement, or management agreement. Please email to: cgodfrey@spartanburghousing.org.

The property will be listed for 60 days unless you email cgodfrey@spartanburghousing.org if an extension is needed or if the property is rented.
