Spartanburg Housing announces a 45 day comment period to begin July 30, 2025, through September 12, 2025, to solicit remarks/questions concerning proposed changes to the HCV Administrative Plan and Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and Public Housing Lease. Copies are available for review at all Spartanburg Housing properties. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Conference Room at 170 Arch Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303 and will also be available through Zoom:
