Rent Increase Request Form

Please complete and send to cgodfrey@spartanburghousing.org a minimum of 60 DAYS prior to the requested increase date, which is always the first of the month. For example, an increase request with an effective date of March 1 must be turned in by January 1. Only one request per year, per tenant is allowed. The form must be filled out completely to be processed. 

I understand that by submitting this rent increase request that Spartanburg Housing must evaluate my property to determine if the requested rent is reasonable. I certify by signing below that all information provided on this form is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
